  • Eco-Pulse: ESG analytics and sustainability intelligence platform
  • CyberSecurity Compliance: Assessment, framework implementation, and audit services
  • DPDPA Readiness Audit: Data protection compliance awareness and readiness services

Eligibility

Our services are designed for institutional clients operating in the financial services sector, including asset management companies, banks, financial institutions, and fund administrators. Our services are B2B in nature and are not intended for individual consumers.

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DPA SmartCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the course of service delivery. Confidentiality obligations are further detailed in individual service agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, including any applicable GIFT City IFSC jurisdiction.

IFSCA Authorization Disclaimer

DPA SmartCloud IFSC Private Limited is authorized by the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) as a FinTech Entity (Authorization No. FE/A/001/622/2022-23) for permissible activities under the FinTech Framework. This authorization does not constitute endorsement by IFSCA of the quality of services or correctness of information provided by DPA SmartCloud.
